Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open worldwide to anyone 18yrs and over at the time of entry.

2. Agreement:  By submitting your name and email address you will subscribe to BHM’s email list. You will receive future emails from us but can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the newsletter.

3. Giveaway dates: Entries will be accepted until November 30th AEST, at 11:59pm 2023.

4. How to Enter: The giveaway will be entered on social media by submitting your first name and email address. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. There is no requirement to purchase to enter this giveaway.

5. Prizes: The giveaway prize is for a $300 gift voucher. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner selection and notification: The winner of the giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. This will be drawn after the giveaway closes on November 30th AEST, at 11:59pm 2023. The winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the giveaway with within seven (7) days following the winner selection. BHM shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted and fails to claim the prize within 28 days from the time notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that BHM, will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, the entry and winner’s name only, without any further compensation.

8. Terms: BHM reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct. In such case, BHM may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action has been taken. BHM reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

9. Disputes: On selection of the winner the promoter, BHM’s decision is final. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action
